Our sessions cater for a wide range of swimming abilities (except complete beginners). If you're new to a swimming club and are unsure of your ability, please email:

Training times are:
Tuesday 8.00pm - 9.00pm, Bangor (Improvers, technique and fitness - mixed strokes)
Thursday 8.30pm - 9.30pm, Bangor (Technique and front crawl fitness)
Friday 5.30pm - 6.30pm, Bangor (Technique and fitness - mixed strokes)
NOTE: Caernarfon sessions will resume once the pool re-opens (est. September 2022)
The lanes in our training sessions range from easy to fast so we can cater for swimmers of all abilities.

Sessions are under the guidance of our ASA qualified head coach, Roy who is assisted by Hayley, Oggy, Emma and Jill.
All of the sessions improve:
• swim technique
• pool swimming
• open water swimming
• triathlon times
Can you swim a length & you'd like to swim it better? Then our adult (18 or over) Improvers courses are definitely for you.
Improvers courses are run in 10 week blocks (with the occassional break), coached by our ASA qualified coach Roy Woolliscroft.
They cost £80 and run on Tuesdays, 8.00pm - 9.00pm at Bangor Pool
Places are limited so booking ahead is essential.
