Training times are:
Sunday 8.30am - 9.30am, Caernarfon
Sunday 9.30am - 10.30am, Caernarfon (Improvers session)
Tuesday 9.00pm - 10.00pm, Bangor
Thursday 8.00pm - 9.00pm, Caernarfon (two lanes for Intermediates, 3 lanes for front crawl fitness)
Friday 5.30pm - 6.30pm, Bangor
The swimming lanes in our training sessions range from easy to fast so we can cater for swimmers of all abilities.
Training schedules are devised by our ASA qualified coach Roy Woolliscroft to suit each lane.
